The DCA Executive Committee and Sub-Team Leaders met with the Steering Committee, Provost DeLuca and Vice Chancellor Bazzell on Wednesday, December 18 to present updates to the items the Steering Committee had previously identified for deeper investigation. The elements were reviewed in the context of the full implementation plan outlined in the draft final report previously shared with the group.
We are pleased to announce that the team received approval to move forward with implementation. The next steps will be to solidify the operational aspects of the new service. We anticipate solidifying the operational plan for the new service by the end of January, and are planning a series of presentations and other communications to provide campus with more detail.
